    Great Lakes Steelhead, watch out...
    Hatch Finatic 7 Plus reel
    This reel has become my favorite for Great Lakes Steelhead- I have it on my 7 weight 11' 9" Sage TCX Switch rod, it's a deadly combo! The 4" diameter reel balances the switch rod nicely, and gives quick line pick-up. The drag is like butter, sealed & super-strong. Steelhead have no chance! Love it.

    I've read as many books on nymphing as I could get my hands on, and this one is the best ever written on the subject. With mentors such as Joe Humphreys & Vladi Trezbunia, growing up in central PA, and being on Flyfishing Team USA & competing internationally all over the world, I guess George Daniels could not help but pick up a thing or two.
